Terms of service

Last updated: May 23, 2026

These terms ("Terms") govern your use of hubnativo, the SaaS available at app.hubnativo.com and on tenant-owned custom domains. By signing up or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

hubnativo is a multi-tenant content-pipeline platform for WordPress operators. It ingests your editorial documents, generates articles via AI providers you connect, and publishes them to your WordPress site. Optional integrations include Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and white-label features for agencies.

2. Account + tenants

An account is one person (one email + password). A tenant is your workspace; one account can be the owner of multiple tenants and a team member on others. You are responsible for safeguarding your password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. BYOK billing model

hubnativo charges a flat subscription for the software (Starter $49/mo, Pro $149/mo, Agency $499/mo). API usage costs are billed by the upstream provider directly to YOU — Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, DeepSeek, Google. We never mark up tokens or insert ourselves into upstream billing.

This means: if you run a lot of articles, your upstream API costs scale with that usage; if you pause usage, your upstream costs stop instantly even while your SaaS subscription continues.

4. Free trial

New accounts get a 14-day free trial of any plan. No credit card is required to start. If you don't subscribe before day 14, your account becomes read-only until you subscribe or request deletion.

5. Your responsibilities

6. Acceptable use

You may not use hubnativo to:

Violation is grounds for immediate suspension without refund.

7. Agency tier + team members

If you operate on the Agency plan, you may invite team members (up to your seat cap). You are responsible for those team members' conduct on the platform. If a team member misuses hubnativo, we may suspend their access, your access, or both, at our discretion. Team members are entitled to the same data rights as direct customers (Section 8 of the Privacy Policy applies to them too).

8. Custom domains

If you attach a custom domain, you grant hubnativo the right to provision DNS-level SSL certificates on that host (via Let's Encrypt through our hosting provider). You retain full ownership of the domain. Detaching the domain at any time stops us from serving traffic on it.

9. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal (or by emailing us). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no prorated refunds for unused days. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation, then is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

10. Refunds

If hubnativo materially fails to deliver the service (sustained outage, lost data due to our error, etc.) within your first 30 days, we offer a full refund. After 30 days, refunds are issued at our discretion.

11. Service availability

We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the SaaS dashboard. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance. We do not guarantee uptime of the upstream providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) — their outages affect what hubnativo can do for you.

12. Intellectual property

The hubnativo software, design, and brand are owned by us. Content you generate through the platform — articles, editorial documents, configurations — is yours. We license you a non-exclusive right to use hubnativo while your subscription is active.

13. Disclaimers + liability

hubnativo is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you paid us in that period.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes are notified by email to all active users at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date counts as acceptance.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction. Disputes are resolved by negotiation first, then by binding arbitration in that jurisdiction.
